Our office is located at BID Office, Management Suite, Marlowes Shopping Centre. For full information, please see our contact us page.
Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.  We also cover additional hours for meetings and events or other activities within the Town Centre.
Yes.  Please use our “contact us” page to either complete our online enquiry form or telephone our office during office hours to arrange a time convenient to yourself to meet with the manager.
No.  The Business Improvement District is a separate non-profit Limited Company governed by a Board and Management group.  We do however work closely with members of the Council to support the objectives of the BID and to raise issues as they arise from both the inner and outer areas of the town Centre.
Yes, we welcome members of the business community to get involved in the BID.  We especially welcome those who would like to support the bid by becoming a part of the Governance Board, advisory group or event planning.  Please contact us to discuss any of these further.
